• Shipping costs are FREE for orders starting from 80.00 Euro.
• Shipping costs amount to 6.00 Euro for orders under 80.00 Euro.
• 24/7 pick-up at our premises is possible only if agreed with the t-shirtpersonalizzate.it team, by paying an additional 35% on the total order amount for express processing.
Shipping costs are a fixed contribution and are calculated in the final stage of the order based on the destination country and city of the goods and the total order amount.
Below are the areas concerned with their respective surcharges:
Calabria – surcharge € 7.50
Sardinia – surcharge € 7.50
Sicily – surcharge € 7.50
Smaller islands throughout Italy and Venetian Lidos – surcharge € 15.00
RETURNS
Each personalized t-shirt is made upon request, following the selected layout and the instructions provided during the order. This is a customized online t-shirt created to measure; the product cannot be resold and therefore returned.
For this reason, it is not possible to make returns or exchanges on personalized items, except in the case of obvious production defects or errors attributable to us.
